Elykia for Claude
Connect Elykia to Claude and ask about your sales, ad performance and attribution in plain language. The answers come from the same data you see in the Elykia hub.
It is read-only, it signs in with your Elykia account, and it only sees the profiles your account can already see.
Connector URL: https://www.elykia.com.ar/api/mcp
What it is
Elykia connects to your store and your ad accounts, rebuilds each customer's path to purchase from your own site, and splits the credit for every sale between the channels that actually took part. That's what you see in the Elykia hub.
The connector is an MCP server (Model Context Protocol, the open standard Claude uses for connectors) that gives your assistant read access to those same numbers. Once it's connected, you can ask about:
- Sales and headline KPIs: revenue, orders, ad spend, MER, margin and profit, for any period.
- Ad performance: spend, revenue, ROAS, CPA and new-customer revenue by channel, campaign and ad, plus a day-by-day series for any campaign or ad.
- Multi-touch attribution: how each channel's credit changes across six attribution models (first click, last click, linear, time decay, U-shaped and Elykia's "scientific" model), side by side.
- Customer journeys: which channels people touch before buying, the most common converting paths, and the full path of one specific customer, including sales made today.
- Recent orders: your latest paid orders, newest first.
- Products: what sold, best sellers, trends over time, and products bought together.
- Discounts and promotions: coupons vs. automatic discounts, and how a promotion you logged (Hot Sale, Black Friday…) performed before, during and after.
- Cart recovery: abandoned value, recovered value and recovery rate.
- On-site analytics: sessions, bounce, time on site and conversion rate, broken down by device, country, landing page, source and more.
- Creators and influencers: the sales each creator drove, what they cost, ROAS and CAC.
- Ad change log: budget changes, campaigns and ads turned on or off, and new campaigns, so you can line up a jump in results with what changed.
Connect Elykia in Claude
- In Claude, open Connectors. Claude moved them recently: look under Customize → Connectors (on older versions, Settings → Connectors).
- Hit Add and choose Add custom connector.
- Give it a name, for example Elykia, and paste this URL:
https://www.elykia.com.ar/api/mcp
- Claude may show Advanced settings (authentication, OAuth client, request headers). Leave them as they are and hit Add: Claude detects how our server works on its own (sign-in with OAuth, and automatic client registration). Don't switch to "Use Claude's published identity": our server doesn't support that mode yet, and the connection will fail.
- Hit Connect. A window opens on elykia.com.ar: sign in with your Elykia account (if you aren't already) and review the list of profiles the assistant will be able to read. Approve it.
You can also open the same steps from inside Elykia: in the hub go to Connect, find the AI assistants row and click Claude. The panel shows the steps and the URL with a Copy button.
Claude Code
Run this in your terminal:
claude mcp add --scope user --transport http elykia https://www.elykia.com.ar/api/mcp
Then open Claude Code, type /mcp, pick elykia and authorize it in the browser window that opens. Keep --scope user: without it, Claude Code saves the connector only for the folder you ran the command in, and it won't show up anywhere else.
Other assistants
The same URL works in other MCP clients. In the Elykia hub, under Connect → AI assistants, you'll find the steps for each one:
- Cursor and VS Code: one-click install from the hub. If the button doesn't open the editor, the panel also gives you the configuration to paste by hand (in
~/.cursor/mcp.jsonfor Cursor, or.vscode/mcp.jsonfor VS Code). - ChatGPT: added as an app with developer mode turned on. OpenAI only offers developer mode on certain plans (Pro, and Business/Enterprise when an admin enables it).
Cursor's manual configuration:
{
"mcpServers": {
"elykia": { "url": "https://www.elykia.com.ar/api/mcp" }
}
}
VS Code's manual configuration:
{
"servers": {
"elykia": { "type": "http", "url": "https://www.elykia.com.ar/api/mcp" }
}
}
Security and privacy
- OAuth sign-in, no passwords or API keys. You sign in on elykia.com.ar and approve the connection there. Claude never sees your Elykia password, and there is no key to copy or leak.
- Read-only. Every tool on this server is read-only, and each one is marked as read-only to Claude. The assistant can't change budgets, pause campaigns, edit your costs or settings, or touch your store.
- Only what you can see. The assistant reaches exactly the profiles your Elykia account can access, and that's checked again on every request. If you were invited to an organization with limited profiles, the assistant inherits the same limit. If you lose access to a profile, the assistant loses it too. If you add a new profile, the assistant sees it without reconnecting.
- Sections you don't have stay hidden. Some areas of Elykia (Products, Creators) are turned on per account. If yours doesn't have one, the assistant doesn't get those tools either.
- Logged. Every request the assistant makes is recorded in Elykia's audit log (which tool and which profile).

Troubleshooting and FAQ
I can't find "Add custom connector". Claude moved connectors from Settings to Customize → Connectors. If you're on the free plan and already have one custom connector, it won't let you add another. On Team or Enterprise, the organization owner adds connectors.
The connection fails after I changed the advanced options. Delete the connector and add it again, leaving the options Claude detects on its own. The one that breaks it is "Use Claude's published identity", which we don't support yet.
It keeps asking me to sign in, or the approval never finishes. Make sure you complete the Elykia window: sign in, then approve the connection. If the window closed halfway, remove the connector, add it again and connect once more.
The approval screen says there are no profiles I can authorize. Your Elykia user doesn't have access to any profile yet. Finish setting up your account in Elykia, or ask whoever invited you to your organization to give you access.
It's connected, but the numbers are zero for older dates. Elykia's data starts on the day your store was connected; earlier ranges come back empty. (Product sales are the exception: they include your store's history from before the connection.) Ask for "since I connected" or "all time" and the assistant uses the right start date.
The numbers are in the wrong currency. By default the assistant answers in your profile's reporting currency, the same one the hub shows. You can ask for another one: USD, ARS, BRL, CLP, COP, EUR, MXN, PEN or UYU. Order lists show each order in its own currency.
Today's numbers look low. Periods like "last 7 days" end today, in your store's time zone, so today is a partial day. Ask for "yesterday" or a closed range if you only want full days.
The assistant says Elykia is paused for my store. That store's trial ended or its subscription is unpaid, canceled or paused. The assistant gets a notice instead of data, with where to fix it (Elykia → Plans). Access comes back as soon as the plan is active again.
Margins or profit come with a warning about costs. Some product, shipping, commission or fixed costs aren't loaded in Elykia yet, so missing costs count as zero and profit looks higher than it really is. Load them in Elykia's Costs section.
The assistant doesn't have product, discount or creator tools. Those sections are enabled per account. If you want them, write to us.
Can it change my campaigns or my store? No. This connector is read-only.
